Account & Contact Information (Provided by You): When you register for an account, we collect your email address, display nickname, profile avatar, and encrypted authentication credentials.
User Content (Provided by You): Configurations, saved lists, posts, comments, or messages you voluntarily create, store, or publish within the Services.
Device Permissions — Camera & Photo Library (Granted Explicitly by You): Certain features (such as optical character recognition [OCR] scanning or profile/content image uploads) may request access to your device's Camera or Photo Library. Images captured for OCR recognition are processed solely to return recognition results and are not used to train third-party facial or biometric databases. We never access your camera or photos in the background.
Diagnostic & Technical Data (Collected Automatically): When you access our Services, our servers automatically record basic technical metadata—including device model, OS version, app version, IP address (for security rate-limiting), and anonymized crash logs—strictly for debugging and service reliability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data strictly for App Functionality, Security, and Customer Support: (a) authenticating your identity and synchronizing your workspace across iOS, Android, and Web; (b) executing user-initiated search, indexing, and AI agent workflows; (c) sending transactional verification codes and critical service notices; and (d) detecting fraud, abuse, or technical outages.

3. Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) & Zero Advertising Tracking

In strict compliance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.2, Cabbit Tech does not track users across apps and websites owned by other companies. We do not access Apple's Advertising Identifier (IDFA), we do not embed third-party behavioral advertising SDKs, and we never sell, rent, or monetize your personal data with data brokers or ad networks.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Equal Protection Guarantee (Guideline 5.1.1(i))

All data transmitted between Cabbit Tech clients and servers is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.2/1.3. We share data only with essential infrastructure sub-processors (such as cloud hosting, content delivery networks, and transactional email gateways) strictly to operate the Services. In accordance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(i), we confirm that any third party or service provider with whom we share user data is contractually obligated to provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy and required by the Apple App Store Review Guidelines.

5. Data Retention Schedule & Account Deletion (Guideline 5.1.1(v))

Active Accounts: Personal account data and user-saved content are retained for as long as your account remains active.
Diagnostic Logs: Server security and crash diagnostic logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days and then automatically purged.
Account & Data Deletion: You can initiate permanent account deletion at any time directly inside our apps (Account / Profile → Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account) or by emailing contact@cabbittech.xyz. Upon verification, all personal data, credentials, and associated content are permanently erased within 7 business days.

6. How to Revoke Consent & Exercise Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time:

Revoking Device Permissions: You may revoke Camera, Photo Library, or Notification permissions at any time in your iOS device settings (Settings → Privacy & Security). Revoking optional permissions will not prevent you from using core browsing and search features.
Revoking Account Data Consent: You may withdraw consent for account data storage at any time by deleting your account in-app or contacting contact@cabbittech.xyz.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, such as 14 under PIPL or 16 under GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact contact@cabbittech.xyz and we will promptly delete such information.

本服务面向一般公众，不以未满 13 周岁（或您所在司法管辖区规定的最低数字同意年龄，如中国境内未满 14 周岁）的儿童为目标对象。我们不会在未获监护人可验证同意的情况下故意收集儿童的个人信息。如监护人发现未成年人在未获同意的情况下向我们提供了个人信息，请联系 contact@cabbittech.xyz，我们将立即予以核实并彻底删除。
